Roadmap

Features I'd like to add or improve on this website, as well as in general about my public Internet presence.

Short-term plans

• Archive of all articles I've ever published.
• A form in the footer of all notes to submit (anonymous) feedback or teach me something.
• Patreon support.
• Changelog for returning visitors. (Perhaps as a Patreon perk?)
• Some type of note maturity.
  • I'd like to set expectations when you click on a link.
• Make a (better) header
  • I want to move away from having a sidebar into a more navigable experience.
• Move away from a Ghost-based website.
  • For this to happen, my wiki needs to be thorough enough and there needs to be a lot of redirects in place.

Long-term plans

• More layout options, like timelines.
• Get rid of Twitter.
  • Brings me no joy any more.
  • The reason I still have it is like a dozen of Bosnian accounts that have not migrated anywhere else.
  • What comes after Twitter?
• Switch away from Mastodon.
  • It'd be cool to eventually start self-hosting some fediverse software that is designed to run as a single user instance. Current candidates include microblog.pub and GoToSocial.
• Public book tracker.
  • I hope it'd help me be more consistent at reading.
• Path explorer.
  • Select two notes and display a path between them.
